Our motto is "Empowering local communities with dignity and respect", and we strive to accomplish it every day. The organisation is led by an experienced social worker who also has postgraduate qualifications in Development Studies and Globalisation and Development. He also has experience in project management, policy and research within the non-governmental sector. The board of trustees comprises people from various professional backgrounds, including education, IT, Finance, Health and social care, and the military. We hold regular consultations with with the school authorities, Communities, and the headmen of the villages. They all welcomed the initiative and are playing their part to make it work.
